Stableford

A round in Stableford will see golfers competing against each other while trying to accumulate the most points during the round. Points are awarded for each hole and the number of points is directly related to the score posted – more points given to better scores – according to the table below.

0 points:  2 or more over par (Double Bogey or worse)

1 point:  1 over par (Bogey)

2 points:  Par

3 points:  1 under Par (Birdie)

4 points:  2 under Par (Eagle)

5 points:  3 under Par (Albatross)

This game can be played in a variety of ways.   It can be played with 2 to an unlimited number of players (in the multi group option) and can also be played combined with Best Ball where it becomes a team game with Stableford scoring.

Stableford can also be played with either GROSS or NET scores (without handicaps or with handicaps).  Typically, the player or team with the most points accumulated would win the game and whatever pot has been predetermined.  It can also be played by designating a value per point by setting it up prior to the game in the Game Details.  This version can get some action going quickly so watch out!

Side Action Tracker will track point totals per player or team and can even keep a LIVE tally with up to 144 players!  All you have to do is enter players scores per hole as you go!
